I believe in having an attitude of gratitude.<\/p>\n<p>I could go on at great length with things I have to be thankful for, but I will just list a few today:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I am thankful for my Lord, Savior, Teacher and Friend Jesus Christ, in whom I live, move and have my being.<\/li>\n<li>I am thankful for my sweet, loving wife Young, who brings me so much joy.<\/li>\n<li>I am thankful for being raised by loving parents who showed me by example how to live.<\/li>\n<li>I am thankful for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crcc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cedar Ridge Community Church<\/a>, a loving faith community dedicated to growing in discipleship.<\/li>\n<li>I am thankful for the several small groups of which I am a part, places of spiritual growth and friendship.<\/li>\n<li>I am thankful for my work situation, in which I can do meaningful work as part of a team of great people.<\/li>\n<li>I am thankful for my colleagues on the Board of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.consistent-life.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Consistent Life<\/a>, a delightful group with which to work for a world in which all human life is treated with respect and dignity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Who have you thanked today?<\/p>\n<p><object width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/xtxmSAqMtDA&#038;hl=en&#038;fs=1\"><\/param><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><\/param><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\"><\/param><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/xtxmSAqMtDA&#038;hl=en&#038;fs=1\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><\/embed><\/object><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are on the eve of Thanksgiving in the United States, where it is a major holiday.
